The Constitutional, the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code have become more ambiguous than the stanzas of Nostradamus. Behind every word they have got to search for mysterious, hidden meanings, as if the lawmaker intended to express a cryptic message, to hide the true intentions and confuse the readers, but at the same time leaving secret room for the 'initiated'. Still this is not about esoteric texts, but about what is supposed to be the clearest, most coherent and stabile type of text a nation has got. We are talking about the basic rules in society and state. A country where these rules are ceaselessly doubted has got a major problem, a problem with its system, a problem deeply undermining the credibility of Justice”.
