PDL supports uninominal vote version by PSD – Cristian Andrei – Ziua – read here -“Emil Boc announced yesterday that the PDL (Democrat Liberal Party) would support the uninominal vote version by the PSD (Social-Democrat Party) and he mentioned they hoped it would pass at the beginning of the next parliamentary term. He explained: "90% of those Romanians who voted in the referendum are for this kind of uninominal vote system" “.
Political prosecutors – Razvan Savaliuc – Ziua – read here -“The PD (Democrat Party) managed to plant obedient prosecutors in key positions in the Prosecutor's Office, an operation due to the ex Justice minister Monica Macovei and also to Laura Codruta Kovesi, Romania's general attorney at present. The latter official has become a fried of the PD leader Emil Boc, as they were mates when students at the Law School in the University of Cluj”.
